Give us a brief description of your background

I joined the IAA in 2019 as Customer Service Supervisor following several years working in the Lettings Industry.

During my time at The IAA I have taken on the responsibility of the Remediation and Central Tasking departments as well as Customer Service.

My responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the Customer Service team to ensure support and satisfaction to our Homeowners. Consumer protection is at the heart of what we do.

Who/what inspires you?

I am continually inspired by the powerful women who surround me in both my professional and personal life. They inspire me to strive for excellence in every aspect of my life.

What does the word leadership make you think of?

When I think of leadership, I think of someone who guides, inspires and uplifts others.

How do you feel about taking part in the Future Leaders programme?

I am grateful for the opportunity to take part in the Future Leaders Programme.

I am looking forward to collaborating with new people and enhancing my leadership skills.

What do you think are the keys to a sustainable future?

I believe the key is education, not only for expanding knowledge but a commitment to empowering individuals to take a more meaningful action towards a sustainable future.
