Give us a brief description of your background

I’m from Manchester and currently work as Digital Applications Manager at MCS. My background combines technical expertise with programme delivery, and I’m motivated by making digital change practical and impactful.

Who/what inspires you?

I take inspiration from my friends. They’ve been through challenges and still find a way to keep going, it reminds me to stay grounded and keep perspective.

What does the word leadership make you think of?

Leadership makes me think of taking responsibility and helping people move in the right direction, backing your team, and being someone people can rely on.

How do you feel about taking part in the Future Leaders programme?

I’m looking forward to the programme. I think revisiting leadership in different ways, at different points in your career or when facing new challenges, always gives you fresh perspective.

What do you think are the keys to a sustainable future?

I believe the key lies in the hearts and minds of people. From a digital perspective, that means creating tools and systems simple enough that everyone can use them to make better choices. More practically, it’s about encouraging small, consistent changes in how we live and work that add up to something bigger.
