Give us a brief description of your background

Started as a graphic designer, had a career change around six years ago. Qualified as a DEA, Retrofit assessor, coordinator, designer and thermographer. Now studying to become a trainer. 

Who/what inspires you?

My former employer with his enthusiasm and knowledge for this industry.

What does the word leadership make you think of?

Guiding, inspiring, and supporting a team – making people want to come with you to get something accomplished.

How do you feel about taking part in the Future Leaders programme?

I feel excited about it as it’s something new to learn.

What do you think are the keys to a sustainable future?

Reducing fossil fuel use, recycling, reducing waste, most importantly educating other people/the next generation.
