Give us a brief description of your background

My academic background is in geology and environmental science. I now have over six years’ experience working at REAL, originally handling installer membership applications and consumer disputes. As of this year, I am the Membership Manager for RECC, a Consumer Code administered by REAL.

Who/what inspires you?

Scientific discovery, independent thinking, and finding new ways to solve problems.

What does the word leadership make you think of?

A respected authority who inspires by what they do and nurtures growth.

How do you feel about taking part in the Future Leaders programme?

I am excited to learn more in a space where I am willing to grow and adapt as a leader alongside like-minded people in the industry.

What do you think are the keys to a sustainable future?

Fostering technological innovation to move us towards a circular model of production and consumption.
